Greener by Design conducts feasibility evaluations of your site, including a size and cost estimate for a renewable or advanced energy system (solar, wind, geothermal, cogeneration), identification of general site issues (including security), and the identification of costs, benefits, and the internal rate of return associated with the project. Additionally, we will evaluate the appropriate structure for the project (PPA, self-own), create RFPs and liaise with developers. Finally, Greener by Design stands ready to oversee project development as your representative during project installation through the commencement of commercial operation.
