Kerry Kelly

Kerry Kelly contributes business development, vendor partnering, general contracting, and finance to the Greener by Design team. Kerry is owner of NextLevel Projects, LLC, a licensed general contracting firm in New Jersey. Before starting NextLevel, he was a partner with Southwind Technical Services, LLC and Vice President with Southwind Associates. Southwind Tech was a web application design and consulting firm. Kerry was responsible for business and infrastructure development, and design oversight. Southwind Associates is a private wealth management company where Kerry managed client money and marketed a hedge fund-of-funds. Prior to this, Kerry spent 16 years as Sales Consultant for SYNTHES, specializing in orthopedic fracture equipment. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Geology from State University of New York, Oneonta.
