Debra Hinlicky

Debra Hinlicky is Greener by Design’s Office Manager and Designer, with over 25 years’ experience in these fields. Before joining the Greener by Design team, Debra worked at Rutgers University - Douglass and Cook Colleges Student Cooperative Store as the accounting department manager and website administrator. Her duties additionally included solving problems arising from computer hardware and software, cash registers, credit card machines, University phone system and building facility issues. She was previously the manager of the text and trade department.  In addition, Debra has owned and operated a business producing original hand and mold built decorative porcelain pottery for retail and wholesale markets. She was awarded the NJ State Council of the Arts Fellowship Grant in 1983. Debra created portrait sculptures on a commission basis and has experience with design, development, grant writing, manufacturing, marketing, and distribution to buyers and the general public. Debra graduated cum laude from Rutgers University – Douglass College with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Sociology and Studio Art.
